Associate Professor of Biochemistry, Department of Medicine and Surgery, University of Perugia. I defended my PhD in 2017 and then spent several years in Japan, at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST), before returning to Italy to take up a faculty position at the University of Perugia in 2022. Outside the lab, I'm usually near the sea, diving, or travelling somewhere new.
